What file formats can I upload?
CSV, XLS, or XLSX survey exports up to 50MB. Wide-format files with one respondent per row work best. Strip names, emails, and other identifiers before upload.
What’s the difference between Standard and Deep AI?
Standard (£5) delivers answer distributions, trends, and demographic composition quickly. Deep AI (from £19) adds themes from open text, segment highlights, stories, and richer LLM insights, priced by total respondent rows across your current and previous files.
How is Deep AI priced?
Deep AI is charged by respondent row band at checkout. If you upload a previous wave file, those rows are included in the total. Surveys with 10,000+ rows need a custom quote via Contact sales.
How long does a report take?
Most Standard reports finish in a few minutes. Deep AI usually takes longer depending on file size and open-text volume. We email you when the private dashboard is ready.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per report. You can reopen finished reports from the link we email or by signing in with the same work email.
Why does my invoice say Adriax Labs Ltd?
OVLY Surveys is the product name. The seller is Adriax Labs Ltd (Company No. 17031991, registered in England and Wales), so Stripe receipts and invoices show that company name — not OVLY. That is expected.
Can I analyse personal data?
No. You must remove identifiable personal data before upload. Use the contact form for privacy requests about the account email and reports we hold for delivery.
